The Drop Zone Calculator is a simple tool intended to approximate the danger zone that could be impacted by a dropped object. It takes into account the effect of up to two obstructions which may cause horizontal deflection of the object, therefore increasing the potential size of the drop zone. This calculator can greatly assist when planning work at heights activities and associated barricading of drop zones.
